Websites, apps and software dev

Understanding the concept

Our first task to to listen and understand the objectives of our client.

What are the key aims and drivers and how can we best deliver those messages to the audience. Be it a website, an app or a digital campaign, we help organisations decide upon their digital strategy, the most suitable technology and then work alongside them through completion and beyond.

Structure planning and design

Having signed off on the direction and agreed timelines and budgets we start work on navigational wireframes, UX and technical planning. Testing servers are established and we can help you to put hosting, domain and other 3rd party services in place.

The design team will carry out detailed research and prototyping to establish the best and most optimum user experience. The design screens will be presented forward and approved at each milestone with a view to achieving a collaborative sign off prior to development.

Every element of each website or digital project will be created or sourced be it photography, illustration, animation or video. These are edited and compiled before being passed to our development team.

Detailed development

Once the design is approved our development team will work on compiling the design screens and adding and technically advanced functionality such as content management systems, databases, user management, e-commerce integrations etc.

The development team will work closely with the design team to collaborate on content and delivery through this important stage.

The final hosting accounts and servers will be established and a development site set-up for our clients to follow progress.

Testing, marketing and support

Once the development work is complete we will undergo a period of cross-browser and cross-platform testing. This ensures that the website or digital application works effectively and as it should in each and every environment where it is displayed. With the advent of an ever advancing tech product market this process is essential.

Where websites or apps have a content management system we can train our clients to use this and explain how updates to the product can be achieved.

Once launched we provide ongoing support and manage future updates for our clients as and when they are required.
