Healthwatch

An independent organisation promoting the views of patients and social care users, to improve the quality of local health services in Kent. Their sole purpose is to understand the needs, experiences and concerns of people using the Kent health and social care services – whether as patients or relatives – to ensure they can assist in improving the relevant services. Healthwatch Kent speaks out on behalf of the most vulnerable to ensure concerns are being addressed appropriately. Whenever possible they will also encourage those in charge of local care to involve those affected when changes are being planned to services.
